APW Angels Referral Programme – Terms

The APW Angels referral programme ("the programme") is run by APW CLB LLC, 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811 ("APW", "we").

Open to residents of the UK and US aged [16] or over. No purchase is necessary to join or to earn rewards.

When you join the list you get a personal referral link. A referral counts when someone new joins through your link and taps the activate link in their welcome message. Referrals don't count if the person was already on our list, if you refer yourself, or if the details are fake, temporary or used without the owner's permission.

- 1 referral: early access to the next drop, opening to you 1 hour before the public launch.

- 5 referrals: one $20 discount code for apwangels.com. Single use, [minimum spend of $X,] expires [date], can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred. One code per person.

Rewards are sent to the phone number or email you signed up with.

The leaderboard ranks people by activated referrals and shows only your chosen display name. It closes when the drop goes live (or at a time we announce). If two people are tied, the one who reached that number first ranks higher.

The top 3 when it closes will each have an original APW character created and inspired by them, featured in APW content. To accept, winners must sign our consent form allowing us to create and use the character. Winners aged 16–17 need a parent or guardian to sign as well. APW decides the character's final design and how it's used. There's no cash alternative.

We'll contact winners by text or email. If a winner doesn't reply within 7 days or doesn't sign the consent form, the prize goes to the next eligible person.

Don't spam people or share your link where you aren't allowed to. We can remove anyone from the leaderboard, cancel referrals or withhold rewards if we believe the rules have been broken or the programme has been abused. Our decision is final.

We may change, pause or end the programme at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Rewards already earned will still be honoured.
